BMADLFC plays a role in helping people of
Leflore County Oklahoma. Our goal is to help others who are involved in, or burdened by a crisis situation and could
use a helping hand up. We want to assist those who have lost their belongings due to a house fire as well as those faced
with financial stress of having friends or relatives in the hospital.
This is accomplished through motorcycle events (Charity/Benefit
Rides), other activities, and most of all with the donations of local businesses, retailers, and concerned citizens like
you.
This organization
will not conduct any activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income tax under section
501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

This is where you can learn about our Not-For-Profit Organization.
We have been interested in starting our own organization
for many years and are excited to finally have reached that goal. Taking our motorcycle organization to the web, makes the
process even more exciting.
B.M.A.D.L.F.C
Bikers Making A Difference Leflore County, was created by individuals interested in helping others in need.
The founders of this organization are Harold Magee, Lonnie Franklin, Pat Magee, and Charlie Horsley. Our first open
to the public meeting for membership was January 18, 2009, and the aforementioned persons were elected to hold the required
offices in accordance with "Roberts Rule of Order". Our first meeting for the patching of new members was held on January
18, 2009, and at this time we grandfathered all members, and this was the point where we were able to have a show of hands
(majority vote) as to the activities conducted by BMADLFC. Activities receiving Majority Vote were:
1. No Funds of this organization would be distributed to any person or
persons without an ASSISTANCE REQUEST FORM, located on the web page under "Help Request Form".
2. A five member investigation team reporting on said request, and
majority of members voting to allocate a said amount $, or food, or both, with all $ amounts paid in the form of a check,
and check # placed on said form, and a photo of person presenting and receiving said donation depicted on the reverse side
of the form. Said form will be given to the Secretary to become a part of BMADLFC archives and used to preclude the possibility
of duplication in donations to the same person or persons. (No photos will be
used for public relations without the permission of the persons in said photos.)
